15 Things to Do in London

Red phone boxes, the punk scene, and the Queen. That’s what comes to my mind when I think of London. Oh and the Duchess of Sussex! I didn’t see much of a punk scene anymore but the red phone boxes are still there and I was able to see the Queen’s face stamped on almost every food packaging. I visited right when the Duchess of Sussex was supposed to give birth to baby Archie. However, she gave birth on my first day back to the States which was so disappointing. Orange Blossom Almond Milk

I never wanted to try making almond milk more than when I discovered this recipe. I think it was the orange blossom water that intrigued me. I wanted to choose a grey with a hint of blue but decided it may not work when taking pictures. 2. Pops of Color and Texture…

Italian Porcini Pasta with Meatballs

I am not a big fan of Italian food. Maybe it’s because almost everything has tomato sauce. But over the weekend I did buy some pasta, Porcini mushroom tomato sauce, and ground beef to make meatballs. I have not had some home made Italian food in a while so why not eh? It was a quick and yummy meal. I seasoned the meatballs with chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
