Walnut Filled Banana Bread

It’s been a while since I tried a recipe and posted it on the site. There’s a certain nostalgia tied to trying a recipe, enjoying it and sharing it with others. This is a simple one. Walnut filled banana bread is a quick and fulfilling recipe for anyone. Banana bread can be enjoyed any time throughout the day. My favorite time is to have it in the morning with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and some butter spread on it. This is the perfect breakfast. New eclipse, new me

I’m not sure if it’s the summer weather that’s making me feel rejuvenated or it’s the fact that the solar eclipse was in my first house. Could be both right? I haven’t shopped for myself in, what feels like, years. I’m probably exaggerating though. It’s more like, I haven’t splurged in years. So, what better way to travel than through a Moroccan bread recipe? Let’s go make some khobz. What is khobz? For those who wonder what khobz means, it means bread. It is Moroccan Darija spelling, not traditional Arabic spelling. However, the…

Winter Hot Chocolate Recipe

I have never looked forward to the Christmas season more than this year. It must be due to the unfortunate year we’ve had. Preparing for Christmas is kind of an escape from the doom and gloom. Of course, some people have chosen not to celebrate and with good reason. Decorating my own Christmas tree has been quite the fun time I needed this year. I’ve had Christmas trees in the past but never had the opportunity to decorate how I desired. This year, it was all me. And I think I did a hell of a job being that my…
