It’s been a while since I tried a recipe and posted it on the site. There’s a certain nostalgia tied to trying a recipe, enjoying it and sharing it with others. This is a simple one. Walnut filled banana bread is a quick and fulfilling recipe for anyone.
Banana bread can be enjoyed any time throughout the day. My favorite time is to have it in the morning with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and some butter spread on it. This is the perfect breakfast. After that, I store the rest away for the next day or for a later snack. Just don’t tell anyone I’m having banana bread three times a day.
