I’ve been dealing with a tore muscle for the past two weeks. Don’t know how it happened. For the first few days, I wasn’t able to do much of anything. I had to even call out of work. The only thing I was able to do a lot of is sketch and paint. It sounds ironic since my arm is messed up but thank goodness it’s my right arm that’s bad; my dominant left hand is doing well and has gotten me through so much. I never knew how important my pectoralis muscle was until now. I couldn’t even lie…
