Made a simple Italian dinner last night. Just threw some spaghetti, tomatoes, basil and cheese together. Oh and who could forget the bread? It’s my absolute favorite bread. The best part was the melted mozzarella cheese. While the spaghetti was boiling, I was trying to practice my photo skills. I really like how the bread shot came out in low light. The colors look vibrant.
The balance between work and home life hasn’t been so easy for me these past few weeks. You may have noticed in my lack of posting on the blog. I don’t know where I read about this recipe or what was the original name. I believe I read it in or got inspired by the book French Women Don’t Get Fat by Mireille Guiliano.
