Bruschetta Recipe and Wine

Just found the closest supermarket to me that sells the best homemade bread for bruschetta. It’s a couple of blocks farther than my nearest supermarket but it’s worth the walk. I’ve been looking to buy some good homemade bread for the longest. Too bad I don’t live in Paris where a well-made baguette is within easy reach. Simple Italian Dinner

Made a simple Italian dinner last night. Just threw some spaghetti, tomatoes, basil and cheese together. Oh and who could forget the bread? It’s my absolute favorite bread. The best part was the melted mozzarella cheese. While the spaghetti was boiling, I was trying to practice my photo skills. I really like how the bread shot came out in low light. The colors look vibrant.

Italian Porcini Pasta with Meatballs

I am not a big fan of Italian food. Maybe it’s because almost everything has tomato sauce. But over the weekend I did buy some pasta, Porcini mushroom tomato sauce, and ground beef to make meatballs. I have not had some home made Italian food in a while so why not eh? It was a quick and yummy meal. I seasoned the meatballs with chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
